We've been gong to Saab & Volvo during the previous owner (Mats) and the current owner & operator (Vlad) who took over. And since Vlad took over - it's even better. Vlad is "old school" business & ethics who can be trusted. Vlad ALWAYS gives some kind of warranty, and if he doesn't technically give one - he always tells us... "just let me know if you have a problem," and he means it. We know because we've been taking our Saabs and Mercedes to this shop for roughly 4 -5 years under Vlad. He doesn't gouge on prices, and often (if he can) doesn't charge for other services. We recently had an issue with our car & Vlad did at least 15 minutes worth of expensive diagnosing and didn't charge us. There's other choices in town... even that Sonic one, and I would put Vlad's service above any day.
